Pressing Matters

You’ve probably watched me pressing seams in many of our video lessons. I usually set my seam and then press from the right side of the block. But there are times when pressing from the back side is more important … like when I’m working with a four patch and it needs to have the center lay nice and flat. Here’s an easy way to press your seams so that your center will not have a lump.

I’ve been addicted to the stack and Whack process. This 4 patch is part of a members only video that shows you how to make a 4 patch Kaleidoscope block.

Can’t wait till our next video to show you how to make a template. Whether it’s a technique or tips and tricks, each video will be clear and concise with the most up to date information available. Become a member now!
