Description: We will visit the Victorian era and use the “Boondoggle” ruler to make this sparkling quilt! We’ll be using a beginning design board process. Don’t let that scare you away as it is fast, fun and easy. The design process is a necessary component for this quilt. You’ll learn how to use the Boondoggle ruler as well as mitre your quilt’s borders.
